Description
Stripe is seeking a University Recruiting Manager to oversee end-to-end Intern and New Grad hiring, focusing on recruiter development and outstanding performance in achieving hiring goals.
The successful candidate will lead a team of full-cycle UR recruiters to ensure exceptional performance, enhance their recruiting skills, and support their professional growth. They will collaborate closely with senior leaders throughout the organization to comprehend their early talent hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies to meet headcount targets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of full-cycle UR recruiters to ensure exceptional performance and support their professional growth
- Collaborating with senior leaders to understand early talent hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Creating and implementing a clear diversity strategy in partnership with universities and early talent conferences and organizations globally
- Working collaboratively with departments such as Finance, People Operations, Benefits, Onboarding, and Legal to provide a high-quality and comprehensive candidate experience
- Regularly cultivating a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates by driving initiatives in branding, events, and employee referrals
- Providing timely reporting of key metrics and insights to inform decision-making and improve processes
