Description
We are seeking a Mobile Insurance Specialist to promote HSBC's insurance solutions to high net worth clients, focusing on Premier clients who rarely visit branches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Premier RM Retail Direct advisors to identify prospects interested in savings, retirement, or protection solutions.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to detect needs and make sales.
- Assist Premier RM Retail Direct advisors in identifying potential clients who could benefit from protection, savings, or retirement conversations.
- Help close sales in-branch when visiting Premier RM Retail Direct advisors.
- Identify and capture business opportunities in insurance with rapid follow-up of potential clients and campaigns based on analysis.
- Maintain a high rate of submissions to issuance (with rapid follow-up and efficient after-sales service).
- Promote professional sale of insurance products.
- Provide specialised advice on suitable insurance solutions to ensure Premier NRC clients' insurance and protection needs are satisfied.
- Establish effective working relationships with other branch teams and relevant partners to ensure a consistent approach and exceptional service standard.
- Drive satisfaction of multiple current NRC Insurance ETB clients' needs through direct sales campaigns and maturity campaigns.
- Build and maintain a positive team culture, ensuring quality commercial references and reference skills among team members, and contributing to product knowledge and skills exchange.
- Build relationships with relationship managers and clients.
- Support referrals to the branch when other client needs (wealth-related/non-insurance related) are identified.
- Identify and capture business opportunities from client referrals and provide referrals to non-bank relationship managers for onboarding.
- Manage individual insurance portfolio to ensure highest client satisfaction and persistence rate.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in life insurance sales, endowment, retirement protection (PPR) and field recruitment (at least 2 years desirable).
- Face-to-face sales skills based on potential client needs.
- Ability to identify client needs.
- Strong skills in managing consultative sales processes.
- Valid CNSF licence and delegating portfolio.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide an exceptional experience and tailored solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of complex financial products and solutions, including financial markets, socioeconomic dynamics, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Broad knowledge of the external market, market conditions, new product solutions, and understanding of current financial market activities.
- Demonstrated ability and experience to correctly identify client needs.
- Strong skills in managing consultative sales processes.
- Team player with collaboration skills.
