Facilities Electrical Senior Engineer

At Honda, we're looking for a Facilities Electrical Senior Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Facilities Engineering group, you will be responsible for leading and implementing electrical engineering activities, including evaluation and improvement of electrical systems within the HDMA Facilities team scope. You will also be responsible for managing and maintaining documentation for the site electrical systems, communicating critical updates to site system operators, and identifying deficiencies to develop scope of design and construction for renovation or upgrade of existing industrial systems.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent combination of education and/or engineering experience, with 2-6 years of relevant working experience in Electrical Engineering. You will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks, prioritize and organize activities, and provide flexibility and change direction as needed or as directed by management.

In addition to your technical skills, you will have excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas to gain consensus from individuals or teams. You will also have strong teamwork and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
