Description

We are seeking an HSE Analyst to join our team at Multimatic in San Jose Iturbide, Guanajuato.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) objectives and goals.

Key responsibilities include:

Implementing and enforcing HSE norms and procedures to prevent incidents and ensure a safe working environment
Motivating employees, visitors, and contractors to adhere to safety procedures within Multimatic/Inmetmatic facilities
Identifying training needs and proposing solutions to enhance safety knowledge
Verifying and monitoring legal compliance with C-TPAT, government agencies, and other stakeholders
Developing and updating HSE-related procedures, instructions, and formats
Participating in the preparation of the annual HSE operational budget and ensuring its execution
Exploring cost reduction and improvement opportunities
Collaborating with internal and external auditors during HSE audits
Reporting safety, health, and environmental indicators and deviations to the HSE Management

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering
2 years of experience in the automotive industry or related field, specifically in Safety, Health, and Environment
Knowledge of applicable regulations, STPS, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, C-TPAT system, Civil Protection, and relevant procedures
Fluent English for conversation and report writing
Experience in personnel management and resource allocation
