Responsibilities:

• Adhere to the Porsche Service Core Process (appointment scheduling, preparation, vehicle acceptance, input of repair/service work into the workshop, quality control, vehicle return, post-processing of appointments)
• Conduct direct vehicle acceptance and inform the customer about the work to be done on the vehicle
• Account for service orders and provide explanations of invoices
• Manage external orders
• Actively sell service packages, parts, and accessories
• Maintain customer relationships

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training in the automotive sector
• Long-term experience as a service advisor
• Secure handling of service-specific tools
• Technical product and model knowledge
• Good organisational skills, negotiation skills, and very good manners
• Strong customer orientation, high team ability, and flexibility
• Familiarity with the DMS system 'Carlo' is an advantage
• Certification as a qualified automotive service advisor is an advantage
