Responsibilities:
- Adhere to the Porsche Service Core Process (appointment scheduling, preparation, vehicle acceptance, input of repair/service work into the workshop, quality control, vehicle return, post-processing of appointments)
- Conduct direct vehicle acceptance and inform the customer about the work to be done on the vehicle
- Account for service orders and provide explanations of invoices
- Manage external orders
- Actively sell service packages, parts, and accessories
- Maintain customer relationships
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training in the automotive sector
- Long-term experience as a service advisor
- Secure handling of service-specific tools
- Technical product and model knowledge
- Good organisational skills, negotiation skills, and very good manners
- Strong customer orientation, high team ability, and flexibility
- Familiarity with the DMS system 'Carlo' is an advantage
- Certification as a qualified automotive service advisor is an advantage
