Description
We are looking for an experienced and confident marketing and communications professional to join Digital Catapult for 12 months as maternity cover from September 2026-September 2027. You will play a pivotal role in our Northern Ireland programmes and projects, leading activities and campaigns covering marketing, communications, and events in collaboration with internal teams and external partners around the UK.
You will be responsible for managing end-to-end marketing planning and campaign delivery, leading marketing activities for events, managing content delivery, building successful working collaborations with internal teams and external partners, and supporting our UK Digital Twin Centre Community Manager to ensure content is on brand and aligned to programme and wider Digital Catapult messaging.
Strong and relevant marketing and/or communication experience is required, as well as a strong understanding of digital marketing and communications, with experience using Canva, Mailchimp, and WordPress desirable. Strong writing and editing skills, previous experience delivering events, and confident stakeholder relationship management skills are also essential.
The salary for this role is £42-48K, subject to experience. The deadline for applications is 7th July 2026, and the proposed start date is 1st September 2026.
