Description
As a Regional Logistics Specialist, Global Logistics Operations, you will own the day-to-day execution of domestic and international shipments supporting data center builds, spares, transfers, and returns. You will coordinate closely with carriers, freight brokers, and 3PL providers while managing shipment tracking, documentation, ticket queues, and operational escalations.
This role serves as a key operational link between data center teams, inventory control, procurement, trade compliance, and logistics partners. Success in this role requires strong transportation knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing domestic freight and parcel transportation, including LTL, TL, white-glove, expedited, and carrier coordination
- Coordinating with carriers, freight brokers, and third-party logistics providers
- Managing shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, commercial invoices, proof-of-delivery documentation, and claims management
- Supporting transportation execution across multiple shipment types and operational workflows
Preferred qualifications include experience supporting data center infrastructure, cloud operations, technology hardware, or other high-value equipment environments.
