Musketeer Scout

We are looking for a Musketeer Scout to join our team at Red Bull Japan. As a Musketeer Scout, you will be responsible for expanding our presence in the on-premise market, including restaurants, cafes, bars, QSRs, delivery, and amusement channels. You will be responsible for increasing sales and market share, and providing consultative sales support to customers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining relationships with business partners and stakeholders to promote Red Bull's expertise and culture
• Expanding our network and presence in the on-premise market
• Analyzing trends and competitor activity in the market
• Managing territory and implementing strategies for expansion
• Providing consultative sales support to customers
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, food and beverage, or wholesale industries
• Experience in hospitality, nightlife, or FMCG is a plus
• Familiarity with the on-premise channel is a plus
• Strong understanding of street, nightlife, and current trends
• Flexibility in working hours (may involve evening and night shifts)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Japanese language and Microsoft Office
