CoreWeave is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to join their team. As an IT Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting and scaling CoreWeave's internal IT environment.
This role blends hands-on end-user and systems support with automation, platform ownership, and process improvement. You will work daily across identity, endpoints, SaaS platforms, and office infrastructure, while contributing to repeatable, scalable solutions that support a growing, distributed workforce.
Responsibilities
- Administer identity and access management platforms (Okta or equivalent), including lifecycle automation and group management
- Manage macOS and Windows endpoints using MDM platforms such as Jamf and Intune
- Administer ITSM platforms (Freshservice or similar), including ticketing workflows, asset tracking, and automation
- Troubleshoot across SaaS, endpoint, identity, and network layers
- Create and maintain technical documentation for systems and operational procedures
Requirements
- 4–6 years of progressive experience in IT support or IT operations roles, preferably in cloud-native or high-growth environments
- Proven experience administering identity and access management platforms (Okta or equivalent)
- Hands-on experience managing macOS and Windows endpoints using MDM platforms such as Jamf and Intune
- Experience administering ITSM platforms (Freshservice or similar)
- Strong understanding of user lifecycle management (onboarding, offboarding, role changes, device provisioning)
Preferred
- Experience supporting Kubernetes-based or containerized environments
- Exposure to compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001
- Experience integrating SaaS platforms via APIs or automation tooling
Compensation
The base salary range for this role is SGD 105,000- 140,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.

Workplace
While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration.
