Software Architect (Auth0)

We are seeking a senior Software Architect (P6) to join the Auth0Lab Team, a small team of engineers exploring new Auth0 products and features. As a Software Architect, you will implement proof of concepts and demos of new products, lead industry-wide efforts and protocols around identity, and research market adjacencies to inform company strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Implement proof of concepts and demos of new products, features, or standard implementations
• Lead industry-wide efforts and protocols around identity with recommendations, samples, SDKs
• Implement samples and SDKs to make it easy to use Auth0 capabilities
• Research market adjacencies to inform company strategy, M&A decisions, and future investment ideas

Requirements:

• 10+ years of software development experience
• 4+ years of identity experience and working on cloud services
• 3+ years of experience working in developer tooling or strong passion and demonstrable taste for it
• Ability to work in a team environment, good communication skills, and understanding of collaboration
• Nice to have: design and architect large-scale distributed systems, understand cost implications of cloud systems
