Student Marketeer - West-en Oost-Vlaanderen

Join Red Bull as a Student Marketeer in West and East Flanders! As a Student Marketeer, you will be part of the world's most dynamic and distinctive brand and product ambassador program. You will be responsible for building the Red Bull brand and increasing product knowledge among students at your university or college and in your region.

Responsibilities:

• Be a brand and product ambassador, living the Red Bull values and representing the brand in daily interactions with consumers and customers.
• Grow the user base by introducing consumers to Red Bull in a positive way, through product sampling and answering questions.
• Create a tailored and innovative plan to engage students and bring the brand to life at your university or college.
• Build a strong network and maintain relationships with key local stakeholders.
• Increase engagement with the brand on social media with authentic content.
• Work at Red Bull events or events supported by Red Bull to provide an unforgettable brand experience for consumers.
• Execute flawless implementation and show passion for details within your role.
• Share ideas and collaborate with the team during regular meetings and online contact.
• Plan and report your activities via the assigned online platform.
• Contribute to the development of Red Bull media activities by providing information on local insights, trends, and opportunities.
• Build relationships with local account managers and ensure good availability and visibility of Red Bull at various points of sale.
• Collaborate with the sales department to open new distribution points for Red Bull within your university or college and beyond.

Requirements:

• Live in the relevant region.
• Have at least 1.5 years remaining at your university or college.
• Hold a valid driver's license.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Charismatic, energetic, positive, and open personality.
• Accessible and socially skilled in relationships with different people in different situations.
• Well-connected in student life, knowledgeable about your university or college, city, and region, and familiar with all activities and hotspots.
• Creative mindset and entrepreneurial mentality with a high sense of responsibility and initiative.
• Ability to combine part-time work with studies and available to work sometimes in the evenings and weekends.
• Eager to learn and apply new skills in marketing and sales.
• In contact with various influencers at your university or college.
• Passion for the Red Bull brand and product.
• Enrolled at a university or college.
• Good knowledge of Dutch; proficiency in English and French is a plus.
