Mosqueteiro (On Trade Consultant)

We are looking for a Mosqueteiro (On Trade Consultant) to join our team in Brazil.

As a Mosqueteiro, you will be responsible for developing sales and brand awareness in the On Premise channel, working closely with nightclubs, bars, hotels, and restaurants.

Responsibilities:

• Expand and live the Red Bull On Premise culture, building credibility and influential relationships
• Develop and protect accounts in the region through permanent business analysis
• Position the Red Bull brand and product portfolio correctly in the territory
• Identify, care for, and develop local and regional On Premise accounts
• Ensure alignment with the Distributor's Sales Force to achieve adequate numerical distribution
• Negotiate and implement commercial agreements based on a win-win relationship
• Manage the On-premise channel budget, planning and monitoring resource usage
• Implement On Premise marketing strategies using suitable tools to boost vertical growth

Requirements:

• Higher education degree
• Experience in On Premise and Events
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Intermediate English level
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills, dynamism, sense of urgency, organization, curiosity, and creativity
