Description
Work with 3PL to manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products.
Ensure accurate inventory management and control, including regular stock audits and reconciliation.
Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to optimise efficiency and productivity.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and support overall business objectives.
Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimise warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, and supporting overall business objectives.
Make logistics warehouse management decisions within agreed Delegations of Authority.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, international trading, logistics, or a related field, advanced degree preferred.
Experience:
Proven experience in warehouse management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
