Physical Therapist

Sanford Health, the largest rural health system in the United States, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team in Thief River Falls, MN. The successful candidate will plan, organize, and deliver physical therapy programs to help clients/patients/residents recover and improve their mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct examinations, evaluations, and interventions for clients/patients/residents affected by injury or disease
• Utilize tools and techniques to administer physical therapy interventions following safeguards
• Document client's/patient's/resident's information for evaluation; establish therapeutic plans and modify them if necessary
• Educate clients/patients/residents and their family members about treatment plans/schedules and self-exercises to be continued at home
• Demonstrate and incorporate knowledge of current research into daily treatment of clients/patients/residents

Requirements:

• Appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure
• Must be licensed in the state(s) of practice as a Physical Therapist
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers required or within the first 60 days of employment

Benefits:

• Competitive salary range: $33.00 - $52.00 per hour
• Full-time position with 32 scheduled weekly hours
