We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at Encompass Health in Sherwood, Arkansas. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide exceptional care and support to our patients, helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Job Details

• Compensation Range: $39.78 - $50.98
• $10,000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time
• $5,000 Sign On Bonus for Part Time
• Short-Term Rate $70/hr

Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by taking the time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery.
• Celebrate every victory along the way.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.
