Description
You will be a Principal Product Manager for Memory Interfaces at Synopsys, a company that delivers industry-leading silicon design, IP, simulation and analysis solutions, and design services. You will engineer the future with Synopsys, focusing on memory interface IP, specifically LPDDR and HBM PHY technologies.
Your role will involve taking complex technologies and turning them into clear, compelling stories that resonate with customers and sales teams. You will own the full picture, from shaping marketing and business plans to driving pre-sales technical programs that differentiate Synopsys' IP in a competitive landscape.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting sales teams by responding to customer requests and providing technical collateral
- Reviewing customer requirements to ensure sufficient technical detail and alignment with intended use cases
- Developing and processing customer-facing IP quotes, working closely with Sales and R&D
- Delivering and owning customer presentations, maintaining and updating existing materials
- Collaborating closely with Sales, Technical Product Managers, and R&D
- Engaging directly with customers to support IP evaluations and guide memory protocol selection decisions

- Driving revenue growth by enabling customers to confidently evaluate, select, and adopt Synopsys memory interface IP
- Building and strengthening long-term customer trust through deep, credible technical engagement
- Ensuring Synopsys memory IP is clearly differentiated and effectively positioned against competing solutions
- Acting as a critical bridge between Sales, R&D, and customers
- Influencing future IP direction by translating customer feedback and market insights into clear product requirements
Requirements:
- BS with 9+ years of relevant experience, or MS with 7+ years of relevant experience in a technical role in the high-tech industry
- Technical familiarity with JEDEC standard DDR, LPDDR, or HBM SDRAM interfaces
- Strong background in system design, signal integrity, and timing closure
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment and experience working in larger teams
