On Premise Musketeer - Alexandria

The On Premise Musketeer is the face of the Red Bull brand in the On Premise environment, including bars, cafes, restaurants, clubs, universities, and hospitality venues in Alexandria.

The role involves driving distribution, visibility, and consumption of Red Bull products by building strong relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and executing impactful sales and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Account & Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key On Premise accounts, provide business insights, and ensure premium brand image.
• Territory Ownership & Market Development: Understand the On Premise territory, identify new business opportunities, and develop territory plans.
• Sales Growth & Activation: Drive volume growth through effective activations, promotions, and visibility initiatives.
• Event & Activation Execution: Support and execute on-premise events and third-party activations.
• Planning, Reporting & Coordination: Plan activities, track daily field activities, and collaborate with internal teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, On Premise, FMCG, hospitality, or a related field
• Previous experience in HORECA market is a strong advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Commercially aware with a solid understanding of sales fundamentals and basic financial concepts
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess sales data and customer performance
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based environment
• Highly organized with strong planning and prioritization skills
• Full working knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
