Head of Procurement

We are seeking an experienced Head of Procurement to lead our procurement team in France.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the procurement strategy for Red Bull France, managing the local procurement and general services team.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimise costs, ensure quality, and minimise risks
• Manage and develop the procurement team to achieve high performance
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and align business needs with procurement strategies
• Analyse market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
• Provide regular reporting on procurement activities and results

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Procurement or related field
• Minimum 6 years of experience in strategic procurement, ideally in a large consumer goods company
• Experience in managing projects and processes
• Strong understanding of category management and procurement processes
• Experience with SAP is desirable
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Fluent in French and English
