Description
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Payment Incentive Coordinator to join our Campaigns Management team in Budapest. As a Payment Incentive Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing marketing/incentive programme setup in our dedicated system (MPS2), including programme writing, testing and checking against original intent of business paper.
You will effectively communicate with Marketing/Sales/Finance/Campaigns Management Teams to be aware of all key issues. Your tasks will include controlling dealer payments, checking vehicle's eligibility for Incentive/Variable Marketing Programmes, administering and processing payment queries, and processing modifications of retail data in the relevant Ford system.
You will assist Campaigns Management/Marketing/Sales/Finance with reports to effectively manage the marketing programmes – prepare sales and payment reports. Additionally, you will actively participate in developing new processes/templates and ensure compliance with corporate requirements (Internal Control).
To succeed in this role, you will need fluency in English and French (B2), a persistent attitude, tolerance of monotony, excellent administrative skills, accuracy, attention to detail, sense of priorities, good communication/relationship building skills, ability to work as part of a team, strong business and customer focus, analytical mindset, structured thinking, ability to understand and improve processes, good Excel and Word knowledge, and a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or other related fields.
