Merchandiser

We are seeking a Merchandiser to join our team in Baia Mare, Romania.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal visibility and availability of Red Bull products in modern trade stores in Baia Mare and Satu Mare.

Key responsibilities include:

• Implementing and maintaining planograms in assigned locations
• Ensuring correct product positioning on shelves and adhering to merchandising standards
• Managing inventory levels to avoid stockouts
• Collaborating with store managers to ensure adequate replenishment of products
• Implementing promotional campaigns and point-of-sale materials
• Maintaining good relationships with store managers and staff
• Reporting on merchandising activities and sales
• Monitoring competitor activities and reporting back to management

Requirements:

• High school diploma; higher education is an advantage
• Previous experience in merchandising, preferably in the beverage or FMCG sector
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently
• Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently (90-100%)

We offer:

• Contract for a fixed period of 2 years, with the possibility of extension
