Description
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Counter Manager to join our team at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty in The Hague. As an Assistant Counter Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our counter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed financial targets in the counter by providing outstanding customer service and promoting our products effectively.
- Support the Business Manager in setting individual and team sales targets and communicating with Retail Artists to achieve sales goals.
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for the beauty industry, with a strong understanding of our products and services.
- Provide excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Coach and provide feedback to team members to ensure they meet the standards of Charlotte Tilbury on service and product knowledge.
- Utilize every opportunity to promote exceptional customer service outside of the counter and build our customer database for direct marketing.
- Implement individual and team development plans and conduct regular reviews to encourage feedback and coaching in both directions.
- Create a positive and collaborative team environment in the counter through team meetings and a collaborative management style, recognizing and rewarding performance when necessary.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of business and commercial acumen by proposing plans, events, and other activities to drive commercial success.
- Ensure impeccable visual merchandising, clean countertops, and hygiene standards.
- Maintain perfect standards for external appearance and inspire team members to be their best selves and feel confident in their appearance.
Requirements:
- Experience in retail management
- Passion for the beauty industry
- Commercial acumen
- Experience in managing people
- Experience in strategic planning
- Dutch language skills at level B2
