Activator-Jönköping

We're looking for an Activator to join our team in Jönköping, Sweden. As an Activator, you will be responsible for developing valuable relationships with customers, promoting Red Bull products, and driving sales.

The ideal candidate has a strong engagement and loyalty to customers, is a proud ambassador for the Red Bull brand, and has experience working with customer service and sales. You will work closely with a team of Strikers (field sales representatives) and be responsible for merchandising, customer orientation, POS management, perfect store execution, and promotional activation.

Key responsibilities:

• Regularly visit and develop relationships with key customers in the grocery trade
• Ensure maximum visibility and availability of Red Bull products in stores
• Build and refine store environments with creative and innovative solutions
• Collaborate with customers to develop effective sales strategies
• Analyze market trends and provide insights to improve sales performance

Requirements:

• Valid B driver's license
• Previous experience in customer service and sales
• Structured and proactive work approach
• Loyal and reliable
• Trustworthy and skilled in building long-term relationships
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in Swedish and English
