Inception Partner Manager - Public Sector, Energy, and CAE

Startups are driving disruptive innovation across AI-powered sectors like cybersecurity and financial services, thanks to recent technological advances in deep learning, generative AI, and large language models. NVIDIA Inception, a global program supporting AI and GPU-accelerated startups, provides go-to-market support, expertise, and technology.

You will work closely with innovative AI startups in cybersecurity and fintech to change, define, and transform the ecosystem. As an Inception Partner Manager for Public Sector tech, Energy, and CAE startups, you will build, drive, and accelerate the adoption of NVIDIA solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with leading startups on platform adoption, co-selling opportunities, and go-to-market initiatives
• Scout, identify, and recruit top Public Sector Tech, Energy, and CAE startups to join NVIDIA Inception program
• Expand the NVIDIA Inception program ecosystem by aligning with leading research labs, venture capital firms, government agencies, and industry software vendors (ISVs)
• Collaborate with developer relations managers and account managers to develop strategies and resources that provide full support for startups and execute go-to-market activations with cross-functional teams
• Report on data-driven key business metrics to show impact on startup ecosystems
• Generate reports on relevant trends and perform market analysis

Requirements:

• BS/MS or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 10+ years of relevant work experience in startup accelerators and incubators, executive or management positions at startups, or platform ecosystem development
• Strong knowledge of AI at the edge, including threat detection, physics simulation tools, and agentic systems for power generation and management
• Strong understanding of Public Sector and Energy ecosystems focusing on AI startups
• Can-do attitude and high energy with leadership and excellent interpersonal skills, and possess the ability to learn complex concepts in a fast-paced environment
• Strong skills in organization, follow-up and follow-through, and oral and written communication, in person and virtually

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in a venture-backed startup or exit
• A deep network of connections into AI startups and VCs or equivalent experience focused on Military Industrial technology, power sectors, and computer-aided engineering (CAE), along with related fields
• Direct military experience, work in or with the defense primes, in the energy sector, and/or relevant technologies is a plus
• Background with deep learning and/or other AI technologies in simulation, robotics, autonomy, or energy control systems
• Comfortable using AI companion tools to enhance productivity
