Responsibilities:

• Learn and apply various technical skills, such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and automation
• Work on real-world projects and contribute to the development of new products and processes
• Collaborate with experienced professionals and participate in regular training sessions
• Develop strong problem-solving skills and learn to work independently
• Gain experience with modern manufacturing technologies and equipment

Requirements:

• Realschulabschluss with very good and good grades in German, mathematics, physics, chemistry, technology, or computer science
• High learning and performance readiness
• First practical experience in a technical environment, including handcraft skills and spatial imagination
• Interest in technical connections
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• High fascination with automobile production

Duration: 4 years (including Abitur)
