Your future team
The international Finance Team of the Holidu Group works from 3 countries on the unique challenges of the digital travel industry. You will be part of the Accounting Team, which has grown steadily over the past few years with the demands of a successful scale-up and currently manages more than 10 companies in and out of the country. Your role in this journey
- You will independently process all business cases of the entire range of accounts receivable accounting, particularly invoicing from pre-systems, processing open items, and booking incoming payments.
- You will create SEPA payment runs and monitor incoming payments.
- You will take care of ongoing coordination and maintenance of accounts receivable in our accounting system and clarify discrepancies independently.
- You will create dunning runs and communicate with our debt collection service providers.
- You will actively participate in monthly and annual closings.
- You will support the continuous improvement of accounts receivable processes and work on projects.
- You will create independent evaluations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Your backpack is filled with
- You have a completed commercial education or a degree with a focus on business administration in accounting or a comparable qualification.
- You bring existing professional experience in the above-mentioned tasks, ideally in a medium-sized and/or rapidly expanding company with international interfaces.
- You have good knowledge of German VAT.
- You have very good Excel skills, know Google Workspace, and have already gained experience with accounting systems (preferably SAP) and AI applications.
- You are reliable, work precisely, and have a high level of self-motivation combined with the drive to move something and look beyond the horizon and constantly question existing processes.
- You enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- You have a high level of commitment and a structured and analytical way of working.
