Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking a Senior Operations Manager to join our team in Bengaluru, India. As a Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of operations staff to ensure the efficient and effective management of our logistics operations. This includes managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and implementing process improvements to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of operations staff to manage logistics operations
• Develop and implement process improvements to drive business growth
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial targets are met

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management
• Proven track record of leading teams and driving business growth
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Certification in operations management or supply chain management
• Experience working in a fast-paced logistics environment

Salary Range: ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annum
