Description
As an Agency Development Partnerships Lead I at Reddit, you will support and execute partnership initiatives for HoldCos and Independent Agencies. You will serve as Reddit's primary day-to-day liaison for assigned HoldCo/Indy teams, supporting the development and execution of partnership programs. You will draft and execute quarterly work plans aligned to broader annual agency strategy, support the build and implementation of Agency Development annual and quarterly plans for assigned agencies, and own project management of partnership initiatives.
You will partner with Activations and Enablement teams to support the execution of educational programs and training initiatives using internal and external insights, collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Measurement, Marketing, and Insights teams to ensure seamless delivery of programs, and help structure media and creative best practices to support improved client outcomes.
You will maintain strong working relationships with mid-level agency stakeholders to drive adoption of Reddit solutions, provide ongoing feedback from agency partners to internal teams to inform product, measurement, and go-to-market improvements, and help structure media and creative best practices to support improved client outcomes.
