Description
Coordinate and oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) Act as the primary point of contact for facility-related requests and issues Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and quality service delivery Maintain records of maintenance schedules, work orders, and service contracts Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and resolve potential issues Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Support office moves, space planning, and workplace setup Monitor inventory of facility supplies and place orders as needed Assist in managing facility budgets and tracking expenses Respond to emergency situations and coordinate appropriate actions
