Project Engineering Manager
We are seeking an experienced Project Engineering Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering Silicon IP projects globally. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for managing project scope, goals, and deliverables, aligning them with business objectives. You will also develop and manage comprehensive project plans, scheduling timelines, and tracking milestones using industry-standard tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver Silicon IP projects globally, from initial planning through successful completion.
- Represent the product line internally and externally, acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and customers.
- Report on project status to key customers and collaborate with R&D teams to plan new developments and enhancements.
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables, aligning them with business objectives.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, scheduling timelines, and tracking milestones using industry-standard tools.
- Analyze project performance and ensure quality assurance, customer satisfaction, and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Empower team members, resolve conflicts, and foster a collaborative environment to achieve project goals.

Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or Applied Science (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor or related fields.
- Proven experience managing customer expectations and communications.
- Background in Mixed-Signal IP, SOC, ASIC, or semiconductor development environments.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, tools, and methodologies.
- Experience with quality management system processes and procedures.
- Ability to navigate and utilize tools in a Linux environment.
