Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at our South Bend location. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them recover from injuries or illnesses. You will evaluate patients' conditions, develop treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' conditions and develop treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy to patients, including exercises and stretches
• Work with patients to help them achieve their goals
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure effective care

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
