The role of DSR Supervisor is accountable for developing and implementing sales strategy in the appointed territory.

The key responsibilities include delivering Sell In performance targets, screening prospect partners, and coaching distributor sales representatives to drive Sell Out performances within the territory.

Key accountabilities include developing and implementing territory distributor Sell In and Sell Out plans, delivering financial performance targets, and ensuring business information is reflected properly in Castrol internal systems.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of relevant working experience in distributor sales and management, with a track record of delivering sales targets and performance.

The role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to develop and implement strategic and tactical business plans, and the flexibility to respond to changing market environments and dynamic business situations.

The DSR Supervisor will be responsible for coaching peer DSR Supervisors in the same territory and leading or acting as the focal point for assigned projects in the territory.

The role also involves determining Sell Out targets for distributors, deciding channel activation activities, and allocating resources within the territory.

The successful candidate will have experience in distribution channel activation strategy design and implementation, and the ability to travel efficiently.

In terms of skills and competencies, the ideal candidate will have the ability to develop and implement strategic and tactical business plans, adequate understanding of distribution business financials, and the ability to be hands-on and provide coaching to and motivating frontline sales forces.
