Description
We're looking for an experienced and strategic Director of Growth Programs to build and scale a comprehensive ecosystem that drives top-of-funnel growth and adoption for our Developer Platform. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in developing global partnership strategies, excellent relationship management skills, and a deep understanding of the developer ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define, develop, and execute a global partnership strategy focused on increasing developer platform usage, user acquisition, and overall brand presence within target communities.
- Build and maintain deep relationships with key external stakeholders, including startup/venture capital/accelerators, educational institutions, and growth partners.
- Lead all aspects of the partnership lifecycle, from initial prospecting and negotiation of agreements to ongoing relationship management.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Developer Relations teams on partnership execution.
- Lead and execute programs from inception to scale.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or corporate development, preferably within a high-growth SaaS or developer-focused technology company.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling partnerships from the ground up.
- Deep familiarity with the global startup, venture capital, and developer education ecosystems.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
