A Technical Sourcer at Palantir supports Talent Strategists and Hiring Managers in building pipelines and managing processes for hard-to-fill roles. The job involves research, relationship-building, and attunement to find the right people and get them in the door.
Core Responsibilities:
- Source passive candidates through direct outreach, referral networks, research, and sourcing tools.
- Review inbound applicants and referrals, screening candidates with a genuine eye for fit, not just credentials.
- Own the candidate experience from first outreach through to pre-offer stage.
- Maintain meticulous candidate records within our ATS.
- Share pipeline data and market insights with the broader Talent team proactively.

What We Require:
