Product Manager, Zero Trust Authentication

Okta is seeking a Product Manager to drive their Zero Trust Authentication group, focusing on the core execution, performance, and deployment strategy for Okta's foundational endpoint products.

The successful candidate will own the operational excellence of Okta Verify, FastPass, and Device Assurance, ensuring that core passwordless authentication flows and device posture engines remain performant, secure, and easy to deploy at scale.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with engineering, design, and research teams to define and document user stories and technical use cases
• Defining and executing the product roadmap, prioritizing technical debt, security hardening, and core platform enhancements
• Engaging customers to identify friction and technical pain points, and using their feedback to inform roadmap prioritization
• Defining and communicating clear, technical requirements for endpoint applications
• Tracking industry trends in client operating systems, security compliance standards, and platform authenticators

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Technical Product Management experience in enterprise-scale SaaS products, Identity and Access management, Endpoint Security, or comparable relevant experience
• Experience building or product managing feature areas for enterprise platform ecosystems/services
• Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent technical degree

Preferred skills:

• Familiarity with Identity and Access management protocols and products
• Experience with creating requirements for security-focused customers
• Public speaking experience

The role offers a salary range of $124,000-$171,000 USD, equity, bonus, and benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, RRSP with a match, healthcare spending, telemedicine, and paid leave.
