Description
We are looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager to build how ChatGPT shows up for distinct audiences and communities.
You will start with a deep understanding of an audience, their goals, barriers, behaviors, culture, and relationship with AI,and turn that insight into an integrated go-to-market strategy that drives relevance, adoption, engagement, preference, and advocacy.
You will lead audience programs across community, ambassadors, creators, partnerships, real-world activations, organic and paid media, lifecycle, in-product, content, and brand.
Responsibilities
- Own the integrated marketing strategy for priority ChatGPT audiences and communities, from audience selection and insight through launch, sustain, optimization, and learning.
- Define the audience tension, value proposition, proof points, behavior objective, creative and channel strategy, and measurement plan for each program.
- Build connected full-funnel programs across community, ambassadors, creators, partnerships, events and activations, social, paid media, lifecycle, in-product, content, and brand.
- Develop credible advocacy programs that help people see how ChatGPT creates value in real lives and real work.
- Partner with Product Marketing and Product teams to make audience needs visible in positioning, messaging, onboarding, product experience, and roadmap decisions.
- Work with Research, Analytics, Media, and Growth to prioritize opportunities, design tests, measure impact, and improve the plan over time.
- Create the briefs, operating rhythms, decision points, and cross-functional alignment required to keep complex audience programs moving quickly and coherently.
Requirements
- Have led integrated consumer marketing programs built around a specific audience, community, life stage, or cultural group.
- Can move from insight to strategy to execution and are comfortable being accountable for the audience outcome, not only the campaign process.
- Understand how community, creators, partnerships, experiences, paid media, owned channels, and product surfaces work together across the funnel.
- Have strong strategic and creative judgment and can turn a complex product into a clear, relevant, and culturally credible story.
- Use research and data to prioritize, measure progress, and change the plan when the evidence demands it.
- Are an exceptional cross-functional operator who creates clarity, resolves tension, and keeps teams aligned around one audience and behavior strategy.
- Can tailor a program without fragmenting the master brand and can identify what should scale globally versus adapt locally.
- Exercise excellent judgment with sensitive audiences and know when to bring in Policy, Safety, Legal, and Communications partners.
