Physical Therapist

We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team at our South Bend location. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them recover from injuries or surgery, improve mobility, and manage chronic conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' medical histories, condition, and functional abilities to develop treatment plans
• Conduct physical therapy sessions, including exercises, stretches, and manual therapy techniques
• Educate patients and their families on proper techniques, safety precautions, and self-care strategies
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of Indiana
