Ford Motor Company of Southern Africa runs a highly successful 1-year Training Program for Young Professionals from various fields of study. The program provides an invaluable opportunity to gain practical experience and training.

Requirements include:

• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline with a pass rate of 65% or higher
• Age between 18-35
• Relevant degree in one of the following fields: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Logistics & Supply Chain, Human Resources/Law/Business Management
