Description
This is a senior Customer Success Manager role on a small team supporting Hivemind Enterprise Customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes through the use of Shield AI Hivemind Enterprise Software.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Acting as the primary point of contact for customer onboarding, training, offboarding and renewals
- Developing and implementing customer success plans
- Conducting regular reviews to ensure customers are achieving their goals
- Collaborating with sales and product teams to address customer needs and feedback
- Owning and driving contract renewal
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in customer success or account management, with a proven track record of revenue renewal and retention for multi-million-dollar contracts.
Salary: $130,000 - $200,000 a year

Travel expectations: 30-50% of total work, with extensive travel to visit customers, including international customers in Asia.
