Junior Legal & Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a Junior Legal & Compliance Specialist to join our team at Porsche Zentrum Oberer Zürichsee. As a Junior Legal & Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting in the development of compliance, data protection, and governance areas.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of compliance, data protection, and governance areas
• Create and maintain guidelines, directives, and internal processes
• Support risk and control management and accompany audits
• Review, administer, and develop contracts
• Provide advice and support to departments on compliance, data protection, and risk issues
• Plan and conduct training and awareness-raising measures
• Prepare reports and reports for internal and group-wide stakeholders
• Optimize internal processes and ensure their compliance

Requirements:

• Commercial or comparable basic education
• Further training in compliance, data protection, governance, or risk management is beneficial
• Initial professional experience (approx. 2-5 years) in a comparable function
• Good knowledge of Swiss legal framework
• Safe handling of common MS Office applications
• Analytical way of thinking as well as careful and structured working method
• Pronounced organisational skills and reliable deadline management
• High team ability, discretion, and a responsible personality
• Very good German and English language skills in writing and speech; any additional language is advantageous
