To efficiently manage and support a team of engineers of all disciplines on a day-to-day basis, ensuring consistent operational delivery through smart working and the efficient execution of their day-to-day tasks. Key mobile support to Contract Manager. To liaise with the Contract Support and Contract Management Teams to provide excellent service delivery to our customers.
Key responsibilities include advising and providing assistance to engineers on technical matters, supporting contracts on both reactive and planned maintenance work, improving service delivery performance and reducing costs where possible, engaging with customers and interacting as an ambassador of ABM in a professional manner, ensuring SLA and KPI's are achieved by engineers in line with contracts, and managing all aspects of H&S in relation to all works from planning to completion.
The successful candidate will have experience with training and supervising engineers, good IT skills, excellent communication skills, a good understanding of Health & Safety in the workplace, and a good understanding of M&E Building Services.
