Description
We are currently looking for a motivated Technical buyer to join our Purchasing Department in Faenza. The role is responsible for managing all composite commodities, from supplier scouting and negotiations to order placement and BOM management, in collaboration with the Planning Department.
The Technical Buyer will lead key outsourcing projects for CFRP parts, monitor supplier performance, and contribute to commodity strategy definition. They will also scout new suppliers, execute end-to-end purchasing activities, issue purchase orders, and conduct RFQs. Additionally, they will monitor supplier performance, perform supplier scouting, and maintain accurate reporting and KPIs.
The ideal candidate has a degree in Engineering or Economics, previous composite purchasing experience in Motorsport/Aerospace/Automotive industries, and good commercial, analytical, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in English and MS Office, particularly Excel, is required. The role involves travel of up to 10%.
