Packaging Development Coordinator - Gifting & Sets

As a Packaging Development Coordinator, you will play an active supporting role in the Packaging Development team. You will work closely with the team and cross-functionally with Supply Chain & Operations, Product Development, Quality, Regulatory, and Marketing to ensure packaging projects are delivered within spec, time, and budget.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the packaging development of new secondary packs from concept through to delivery
• Managing the artwork process from copy brief through to finished artwork in line with CPAs
• Creating cutter guides with suppliers to ensure packaging is fit for purpose and passes quality testing
• Working closely with the NPD team to ensure finished goods and packaging project CPAs are aligned
• Collaborating with Supply Chain on pack and PO timings for new packaging developments
• Sourcing new fabulous and sustainable materials
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with external pack suppliers
