Description
We're looking for a technical architecture expert with hands-on development experience to define the architecture of the Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods Platform and collaborate with engineering to build the platform. This is a technical engineering role with familiarity with NVIDIA's GPU acceleration libraries, experience in Retail, CPG, logistics, or marketplaces, and knowledge of enterprise AI architectures will make you an ideal fit.

Your mission is to leverage NVIDIA’s existing retail and supply chain blueprints, along with proven workflows and best practices codified through customers and ISV engagements, to define the architecture, and build the Retail & CPG platform, holding responsibilities architecting and collaborating with engineering teams across NVIDIA, to build the platform.
Built on NVIDIA’s full stack,including Agentic AI, Physical AI, and accelerated computing,this platform will power our three strategic pillars: digital commerce, supply chain, and intelligent stores. It will enable customers and partners to build and deploy agentic solutions faster at scale.
This role will promote the platform and collaborate with NVIDIA engineering team to build the platform. You will work with Retail & CPG product management, Business Development and Developer Relations to harness their deep expertise in supply chain and retail, to architect a platform that makes it easier and faster for our ecosystem and customers to build AI solutions.
The platform will use our NVIDIA Nemo microservices and Nemotron open-source models, with initial priority on Agentic AI for supply chain, digital commerce and employee productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the Retail & CPG product management, business development, and developer relations teams.
- Draw on their extensive knowledge in supply chain and retail.
- Architect and build a platform that helps our ecosystem and customers develop AI solutions.
- The platform will use our NVIDIA Nemo microservices and Nemotron open-source models, with initial priority on Agentic AI for supply chain, digital commerce and employee productivity.
Requirements:
- 15+ overall years of sales or business development experience in Biopharma technology with proven track record running an overlay sales organization.
- 7+ years of team management experience.
- Builder mentality with proven track record to write code and ship systems.
- Having experience as a developer of AI agents is a must.
- Developer expertise in AI systems, including experience with LLMs, RAG, and agent-based systems.
- Strong understanding of data pipelines, embeddings, and systems architecture.
- Experience with distributed systems, APIs, and microservices.
- Ability to build real-time or near-real-time systems and complete work in small teams.
- Shown success in lean, high-velocity environments, collaborating with engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; an MBA or Masters degree is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with GPU acceleration libraries(CUDA, Triton, TensorRT).
- Background in Retail, CPG, logistics, or marketplaces is a plus, but not required.
- Experience working with enterprise AI architectures.
