Physical Therapist - Outpatient

We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in Naperville, Illinois. As a Physical Therapist at PT Solutions, you will conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system

Requirements:

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
• Current or pending state licensure
• BLS certification
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)

Compensation & Bonus Structure:

• Base Salary: $85,000 - $100,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 available in select locations!
