Description
We are looking for an Emerging Enterprise Sales Leader to join our outstanding sales organisation. You will oversee and motivate a team of Account Executives focused on selling to customers across the Emerging Enterprise Segment ($250M-$1B in revenue).
Your responsibilities will include promoting revenue success, building and implementing strategic plans, creating trust-based relationships, and distilling customer needs and value.
To succeed in this role, you will need 5+ years of high-growth Cloud/Data & AI leadership experience, 3+ years of experience translating a highly technical product into quantified business value for the C-Suite, and 3+ years of experience selling against open source or freemium.
You will also need excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience presenting to the C-Suite, and a willingness to travel.
This is a team of motivated sellers, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable leading teams and loves developing Account Executives into rising stars.
