The Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contract) will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of a fast-moving recruiting team.
This is a highly visible, candidate-facing role with a hybrid work schedule that includes coordinating and supporting onsite, in-person interviews. You will own interview scheduling and logistics, maintain accurate recruiting data across systems, and serve as a key point of contact for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers throughout the interview process.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own end-to-end coordination and logistics for virtual and onsite interviews, partnering closely with recruiters, candidates, and hiring teams to ensure seamless scheduling, preparation, and day-of execution.
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience by supporting in-person interview days and ensuring every interaction is timely, polished, and aligned with CoreWeave's values.
- Manage job postings and requisition creation in Greenhouse, ensuring candidate-facing information is accurate and launched correctly.
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data across systems, including Greenhouse, Zoom, Confluence, Google Workspace, and related tools.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing clear communication, interview logistics, and onsite support throughout the process.
- Partner with recruiters and HR leadership on ad hoc talent acquisition projects, process improvements, and operational initiatives that help the team scale effectively.
Ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, or a closely related function, ideally in a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience coordinating a high volume of interviews across multiple teams and time zones.
- Proficient with Greenhouse, Candidate.FYI, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack.
- Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and dependable in follow-through.
- A strong communicator who builds trust quickly with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
This is a contract position. The hourly rate will be determined based on experience. Benefits, if applicable, will be provided through the contracting agency.
