Description

We are looking for a Staffing Operations Analyst to join our team in Irvine, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering across the Counter Intrusion business to design scalable processes, drive operational excellence, and optimize tools & systems that support our leadership team.

You will have two core areas of focus:

  • Staffing Strategy & Execution: You will build and manage the staffing infrastructure that enables our business line to scale our personnel to execute on new initiatives. Working with business line leadership, you’ll optimize our resource allocation strategies and build best-in-class digital tools to ensure we have the right disciplines available, in the right places, at the optimal time.
  • Business Operations & Special Projects: Beyond staffing, you’ll tackle high-priority operational challenges across the business line. You’ll frequently be pulled into high-priority initiatives impacting many Counter Intrusion teams that must be solved, but do not fall neatly into the purview of an existing person’s job description.

Responsibilities:

  • Regularly monitor and analyze recruiting, staffing, and financial progress against plans and provide recommendations to Division leadership for resource reallocation.
  • Partner with Division and Anduril leadership to build out and run the staffing machine for our organization, enabling efficient recruiting and allocation of resources as the organization scales.
  • Work with Anduril’s Business Operations, Analytics, and Finance teams to build out infrastructure to enable the Division to monitor and optimize the demand vs supply of employees.
  • Own operational projects end-to-end, from definition, to solutioning, to implementation.
  • Work on strategic problems, providing structure to ambiguity and helping shepherd cross-functional groups of stakeholders towards decisions on strategic issues.
  • Support our corporate planning cycle by helping to build out and monitor performance against goals, financial plans, and headcount plans.
  • Execute on special projects across staffing, finance, real estate, and other business infrastructure as they arise.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in management consulting, internal strategy & operations, or business analyst role.
  • Experience operating in a high-growth technology company, or starting a venture, are heavily considered.
  • You get energy from being a thought partner for others.
  • You’re both high ownership and low ego, approaching everything with strong outcome orientation and high humility.
  • You are self-driven and relentlessly proactive.
  • You enjoy working at a place where no one minds if you leave early one day to go to an appointment or run an errand.
  • You are comfortable communicating broadly and having a lot of eyes on your work.
  • You have an appetite to build clear frameworks to structure problems.
  • Aptitude for rapid learning and assimilating new information.
  • You have strong analytical aptitude.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.

Benefits:

  • Highly competitive equity grants
  • Top-tier benefits for full-time employees
