Description

The Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) team at Amazon plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business activities. As an RME Planner, you will be a key member of a large team spread across Europe and will be the voice on technologies adopted in our warehouses and distribution networks. You will anticipate problems before they occur and track the necessary equipment to ensure various activities run smoothly. You will be the reference point in our computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), demonstrating efficiency and flexibility in the dynamic warehouse environment.

The national collective bargaining agreement applicable to this role is CCNL for logistics, transport goods, and shipping sector employees. The position is classified at level 2 or above, based on the candidate's skills, abilities, and experience.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Using our CMMS software, determine where to perform maintenance and repair interventions.
  • Understand and implement European standards in all systems under your competence.
  • Review and systematically analyze equipment on site, ensuring that stock levels remain high.
  • Monitor the maintenance system, ensuring that equipment levels are correctly recorded and forecasts are accurate.

A Day in the Life As an RME Planner, your priority will be to ensure the fluidity of our operational activities. Your work will take place in one of our operational sites, where you will manage resources and plan preventive maintenance. You will thoroughly analyze logistics performance and set high standards, aiming to optimize available equipment.

From the smallest components of individual machines to entire systems, you will decide where to allocate maintenance resources, working closely with local engineering teams. You will collaborate with other members of our European network, constantly seeking innovative ways to improve efficiency.

Basic Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in programming, planning, and verifying maintenance activities.
  • Extensive experience working with CMMS software.
  • Extensive experience in managing spare parts inventory.
  • Good mastery of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Advanced knowledge of English, spoken and written.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A technical degree, preferably in operations or business administration.
  • Proven experience with Infor's Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) platform.
  • Experience with the processes required to launch a new CMMS system.
  • Experience in training or coaching colleagues.

The minimum gross base salary for this position is 42,800.00 EUR annually.
