Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist - Outpatient

We are seeking a full-time Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to join our team at PT Solutions in Racine, Wisconsin.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload, combining orthopedic and pelvic health rehabilitation.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system

Requirements:

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
• Current or pending state licensure
• BLS certification
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
• Experience with Pelvic Floor Therapy, or willing to learn
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)

Compensation & Bonus Structure:

• Base Salary: $80,000-95,000/year
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses
• Sign-On Bonus available in select locations
