Senior Salesforce Administrator

The GTM Systems team is responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling the technology ecosystem that powers CoreWeave's Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Finance organizations. As a Sr. Salesforce Administrator, you will own the administration, optimization, and scalability of Salesforce and related GTM technologies that support Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.

Responsibilities

• 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience supporting enterprise organizations
• Deep expertise with Salesforce Flows and declarative automation tools
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture, including profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, and sharing models
• Experience supporting complex Sales and Revenue Operations business processes
• Hands-on experience supporting GTM technologies such as Gong, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of Salesforce and Okta integrations, including SSO, provisioning, authentication, and user lifecycle management
• Experience working within SOX-controlled environments
• Experience supporting or participating in M&A system integration initiatives
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification
• Experience in high-growth SaaS, cloud infrastructure, AI, or enterprise technology companies
• Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL, APIs, and Salesforce integrations
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps and deployment tools such as Gearset, Copado, or similar solutions
• Experience supporting Lead-to-Revenue, Quote-to-Cash, Customer Success, and Partner business processes
